MCA-Nepal has awarded and signed a contract with Winrock International Institute for Agricultural Development to provide consultancy services for Capacity Building Activities to Enhance Electricity Use under the MCA Partnership Program (MPP) of the Electricity Transmission Project (ETP) on 22 July 2024.
The consultant will support MCA-Nepal build or enhance the capacity of institutions and individuals with a focus on preparing Municipal Energy Plans and developing capacities for productive use of electricity within affected wards of the ETP.
The MPP is a key component of the ETP to share benefits with broader communities and establish relationships in project areas. The 2.4 million USD contract will be executed within the contract period of 36 months.
